Tell us what happened and what you expected instead. If it involves a specific purchase or account, the merchant name and date help.
My partner cannot see a transaction I tagged. Both of you need to be signed in and connected as partners. Pull to refresh on their device. If it still does not appear, email us with the merchant and date.
A bank connection stopped updating. Banks periodically require you to re-authorize. Open Settings, find the bank under Linked Banks, and reconnect it.
I want to delete my account and data. Open Settings and use Delete My Account. This permanently removes your account, linked banks, transactions, and partner data. It cannot be undone.
I want to remove my partner. Settings has Remove Partner and Banks. This deletes all linked banks and transactions along with the partner connection.
How do I restore a purchase? Settings, then Restore Purchases.
